Most property vendors review the real estate market once in a long while and are not sure which selling agent is most suitable for their property sale, what is the most effective marketing campaign and very importantly what the selling price range should be.

Back in a 2018 survey of Australian property sellers , reported 57% believed that selling a property felt like one of the most stressful experiences to deal with while 51% also said most of the stress was related to finding the right agent for them!

Four years later, the sentiment has not changed. Real estate agents hit near bottom of the latest ethics index.

The steps:

  • Conduct a full inspection of the property;
  • Submit our market appraisal of your property;
  • Explain the various options of the marketing strategy and costs;
  • Meet with a number of selling agents to assess their ability to deliver your property objective;
  • Submit a market analysis to help you determine the selling price range;
  • Lodge a report on our findings for your assessment;
  • Guide you in the appointment of the most suitable selling agent;
  • Assist you with the appointment of specialised services if required.
